As official carrier for the XX Congress of the European Association for Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery, Brussels Airlines offers a special promotional fare for flights booked for the congress.

To avail of this promotion, please read the details below.

Event - Date:
EACMFS Congress 2010, 14th – 17th September 2010.

Flight Application:
All SN operated flights only - Travel not permitted on codeshare flights
(i.e. on the following flight series: SN4000-SN9999).

Fares :

  • Europe: 25% reduction on applicable b.flex economy+ and b.light economy fares - excluding b.business fares and promo fares.
  • Africa: 10% reduction on applicable economy fares – excluding three lowest fares, business fares and promo fares.
  • Taxes, fuel surcharge and service fees must be paid in full.
  • Discount is valid on return flight and on fares on which discount applies.

Validity :

  • Booking: 01st November 2009 – 09th September 2010.
  • Travel: 09th – 22nd September 2010.

As per fare rule.

Fees for changes & refunds:

Reservation & ticketing

  • For travel originating in Europe:
    Go to www.brusselsairlines.com and enter your city of departure and arrival, after your selection of travel dates. Introduce your PROMOCODE: 11113529, by ticking the box in front of ‘I have a promocode’.
    Book your tickets.

    Note for bookings via website:
  1. Discount will appear in the ‘Summary of your search’.
  2. A service fee of 5€ per stretch is applicable for travel within Europe.

  • For travel originating in Africa.

    Note for bookings via call centre:
    1. Service fee of 10€ per stretch is applicable for departure from Africa and payment is only possible by credit card.
    2. The following access code must be used for the bookings:

    • ACCESS CODE: 301090 Customers are requested to dial the dedicated number: +32 2 723 23 16.
    Customers should make their selection via the IVR as follows: after language choice, select ‘2’ for business partners, followed by selection ‘2’ for commercial agreements and finally select ‘2’ for congress code and then you introduce the ACCESS CODE.

    Note for bookings via our local office:
    1. Please present yourself with a copy of this contract to our local office to do your bookings. Our offices will be informed about this code in advance.
    2. Method of payment can be credit card or cash.

Currency of country of commencement of travel to be used and fares to be converted using BSR (Bank Selling Rate).
